ITS will be applying an emergency update to Brandeis Account Management (identity.brandeis.edu) on Monday, Nov. 11 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. The vendor needs to apply a patch to accounts.brandeis.edu to fix account creation. The site may be unavailable during certain points of the window. If you have issues after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk at (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
